Tri-Counties Regional Center (TCRC) is a non-profit that coordinates services and supports for individuals with developmental disabilities living on the central coast of California. TCRC has a three year Strategic Performance Plan cycle. A year of planning includes a collaborative process to gather input from stakeholders. The plan is then shared widely.
